- Housekeeping by our professionally trained staff
- Regularly scheduled security checks to assure all windows and doors are secure and there is no damage to your property.
- Check thermostats and make sure all lights and ceiling fans are turned off.
- Check for water leaks, frozen pipes, weather related damage due to wind or storms.
- Secure trash cans after guest leave.
- Open cottage before for guests arrive, turn on AC, heat and water.
- Exchange keys for guest.
- Pre-storm preparation, securing outside furniture, etc.
- Fix minor repairs, change light bulbs, air filters, make arrangements for major repairs.
- Negotiate with contractors to do repairs and monitor the process
- Mail items left behind
- Winterize or open cottage for the season.
- Purchase and deliver up to 10 grocery items chosen from a provided list
- Deliver a welcome basket to your guests
- Purchase replacement household necessities for guests
